          Renew serves women 18 years and older who desire to increase personal growth and insight, as well as deal with a wide spectrum of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Post Partum Depression, Infertility, Post Abortion Recovery, Disordered Eating, Christian Spiritual Development, Family Conflict, Parenting, Relationship Issues and Stress. 

          The Treatment Approach is catered to each client specifically in relation to her own personal goals for therapy. Types of therapy used at Renew range from Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Group Therapy, Integrative Therapy, and The Gottman Method.
         
         Telehealth is available for clients who feel more comfortable not meeting in person due to Covid-19.
